The idea of a new concept collapsible table came when the Italian designer moved to a new apartment. His son had a room with a large table; his wife had her studio while he had no personal table to open his PC on. He started to think about a compact collapsible table to integrate in the living room, elegant and with good design.
His requirements were:
Very comfortable and practical table when in use
Practically not visible when not used
Fast and easy to open and close
After few attempts he found a great solution FASTLEG
FastLeg is an innovative mechanism, extremely compact, totally closes on itself becoming invisible inside the tabletop, yet has a strong structure.
FastLeg integrates a locking system that, on the opening phase, locks automatically the table when it reaches the working position and allows the closing by simply pulling a button.
